Developed a product for estimating the quality of fruit and vegetable produce using photospectral data paired with tailored machine learning algorithms. The product is a predictive sensing solution indicative of spoilage, ripening or damage.

I was responsible for selecting the sensing components, and for developing and experimentally evaluating the prediction algorithms.
