Led the development and construction of the “Deep Data Drone”, an octocopter based sensing platform. The device houses multitude of sensors including 3D LIDAR, RTK GPS and cameras.

I was responsible for selecting and installing $30K AUD of hardware components for the solution, including 3D LIDAR ($8000AUD), and onboard GPU acceleration hardware.
